Student Sponsorships
Our student sponsorship program is dedicated to ensuring that financial barriers do not prevent students from accessing education. The Kaombe Relief Fund works to secure donations to sponsor students at Kaombe Secondary School who are unable to afford school fees and funds 50 students each year.
You too can make a direct impact by sponsoring a student—just $100 covers a full year of education, ensuring they can stay in school, pursue their education, and build a brighter future.

"I trained in school management at the Malawi Institute of Education and spent 26 years teaching in secondary schools, 23 as a headteacher. During this time, I met Shaina (Founder of the Kaombe Relief Fund) and Brian (Vice President), who volunteered at my school, providing library books and student sponsorships. After retiring, I opened Kaombe Private Secondary School to support students who couldn't secure public school placements or afford education. Lacking funds, I reached out to Shaina and Brian, whose support helped establish the school and launch a sponsorship program for needy students."
