Building Latrines
PURPOSE: Plans have been developed to build latrines at Katayamoyo Primary School to improve sanitation. Funding is still needed.
Increasing Teachers Salaries
PURPOSE: We aim to increase salaries for staff and teachers at Kaombe Secondary School to ensure fair compensation and improve the quality of education. By providing better wages, we hope to attract and retain dedicated educators who can make a lasting impact on students' futures.
Introduction of Computer Lessons
PURPOSE: With the recent donation of four laptops, Kaombe Secondary is hoping to launch its computer literacy program. This initiative will provide students with the knowledge needed to pursue further education and job opportunities, bridging the digital divide and expanding their career prospects.
Procurement of A School Bus
PURPOSE: We hope to acquire a school bus to ensure students can attend classes regularly, despite long distances and heavy rains. Providing affordable transportation will make education more accessible and help students focus on their studies without the burden of unreliable travel.
Construction of Hostels
PURPOSE: We plan to build hostels for both male and female students, transforming the school into a boarding facility. This will provide a safe and supportive environment, reduce travel challenges, and ensure students have better access to education.
Procurement of School Land
PURPOSE: We hope to secure the school's land by purchasing it from the generous well-wisher who has allowed us to operate there. Owning the land will provide long-term stability and the opportunity to expand our facilities for future growth.
Construction of School Library
PURPOSE: A well-equipped library is essential for fostering a strong reading culture and academic growth. We aim to construct a dedicated space where students can study and access learning materials freely.
Acquiring Water for School

PURPOSE: The school faces water shortages due to the inadequate catchment area in the community. We plan to drill a well and install a water pump to ensure a reliable and sustainable water source for the school.
Construction of School Laboratories
PURPOSE: Plans are in place to build two laboratories, one for computer studies and another for science, to enhance the learning experience. This will provide students with a more conducive environment to develop their skills in these important subjects.
